Having worked in the not for profit mental health sector for many years and specifically in the transition to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding, my experience as a leader in the field led to the design and development of training for Support Workers & Support Coordinators working with people with mental health issues. This is known in the industry as Psychosocial Disability.
